We believe stepping away from your everyday life for a reset in nature, allowing other people to take care of you, educate you and inspire you is the best way at restoring the balance in all areas of your life, which will allow health to flourish once more.
Meet your Retreat hosts
Meet Jan and April, the mother daughter duo that create and facilitate the Reset Retreats, along with their own health and fitness business in Western Australia.
Jan is a qualified Master Trainer with 30 plus years experience in the fitness industry.
April is an accredited Nutritionist and Natural Health practitioner, who has been practicing since her graduation 8 years ago.
Between them, with their expertise in their field, and their life experience they have an in depth knowledge that they wish to impart on others, via the Reset Retreats.
Their ultimate goal is that they truly want everyone to experience what “wellness” feels like, and they showcase this through their holistic approach to wellbeing, meaning they believe that by learning to achieve a balance in all areas of health, and life, then you really give your health and your body a chance to thrive.
They have compassion and genuine care for each retreat guest, you will become an extension of their family as they care for you throughout the week.
